To only be 12 point underdogs to a team thats won 10 games 2 years in a row and returns the most starters in college football shows Vegas expects us to be a lot better than last year at least.

I will be in Vegas next month. By then I think the kickoff time for the game will be announced. I may put down some cash on USF to cover if it is still around 12.5

I dont think we cover it, unless the team is exponentially better coached and players were magically developed in top25 college talent over the offseason.
