It needs to happen before that... going 1-5 before Homeoming would be bad... 2-4 would be a fair expectation with 3-3 a good sign... and possible (all three home games are reachable).

He's the only one that I know from this here message board that wont drink my stash. He does not partake of alcohol. Other than that he's a good guy.

USF has issued the invitation to negotiate! Deadline of July 22nd for design firms to submit proposals.
