And contracts can be broken, but for a price.  Grant of Rights can be expensive -- look at the $80 million Oklahoma and Texas each have to come up with to pay the Big 12.

The $80M as far as I understand is just the regular B12 exit fee. I think it's supposed to equal to 2 years of conference distribution. So that's not even including what it would cost to break the GOR if they choose to leave early.

There will be a good deal of parking around the OCS. It will be interesting to see what happens to Sycamore. That lot by the tennis complex will be a prime area.

Not very familiar with campus . . . so Sycamore is a straight road with existing parking and that could stay?

The wooded area north and west of potential future site would be great and the wooded area(s) north of them could be parking also?

Sycamore is the road just to the East of the IPF (where I take the IPF pictures from). That road runs North to South.

So after BoT meeting, looks like the site suggested is where they are going. The Morsani’s are giving $5 million towards the OCS. 2026 or 2027 are the target dates and more Financial Details will be coming in June.

A recessed playing field, I assume like the soccer field, what would temperatures be in September. We could displace UF as the Swamp.
