Sure the parking north of the stadium would be limited and coveted!

Just how patient do you expect us to be there NEB ? That long time is actually why there could be problems. Once the B12 gets over a billion on the next contract and the SEC schools continue to rake in $67 mil preschool per year, there will be more discontent. Contracts are like hearts, they are made to be broken.

There will be a good deal of parking around the OCS. It will be interesting to see what happens to Sycamore. That lot by the tennis complex will be a prime area. 1

Grant of Rights can be expensive -- look at the $80 million Oklahoma and Texas each have to come up with to pay the Big 12.

Even with the additions none of them can replace Oklahoma or Texas. The remaining members will leave as soon as the acc, big ten, or sec comes calling. The ACC, Big Ten, and SEC won't be calling the remaining B12 teams.

Sorry I meant to say B10 with the contract for $1bil. No, the B12 is now like the old BE in terms of a power conference…hanging on year to year. In terms of contracts being broken anything can happen if Clemson gets a SEC offer followed by Virginia and GT to the B10 (both AAU classified universities). Yeah I am slinging some **** here for sure but when you are talking billions accounts can be negotiated and settled.
