This entire season rests on timmy elevating his game. i know its the spring game, but i havent seen much that tell me he has gotten that much better.

if timmy fizzles he will most likely transfer out

if a qb doesnt emerge from this group cjs is on the hot seat going into next year

Yup. I was really hoping I heard Timmy stole the show. It seems like Marsh played better?

Timmy was asked to not run and stay in the pocket so its hard to judge considering we don't know what else was asked of guys on each team, but yeah Marsh led 2 nice drives.

Marsh averaged 4.8 yards per pass on 53% completion with 2 touchdowns and an interception.

Timmy averaged 5.0 yards per pass on 57% completion with 1 touchdown and an interception.

He had some nice passes...neither of them were really eye opening.

We passed to the rb several times so that was new wrinkle to offense.

Wish we run more the gulf coast type offense...that was so fun to watch.

Thanks for clarifying that with more information

When Timmy did run, he was considered down when touched, so it did take away that threat.

I know Cecil and another OL was out, so it's really difficult to project effectiveness in the Fall.

Great atmosphere and well-organized for the fans. We enjoyed the game.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

"I wish you guys could be in the locker room and be on the practice field because it is so much different from what it has been in the past."
