We're stacking the roster with players, who for the most part, did not do much in the way of contributing to their previous team. We're hoping and praying it's because they weren't given a real chance and all they need to excel is that chance here ..... but it's not a given they will (See MBB, USF).

He was a glorified position coach and in charge of calling plays or  building an offense.  He took a huge step up and needs to learn a lot on the job to be successful. Let's hope he figures it out this season. He does seem to care and is doing his best to sell usf to recruits and fans.

Just a minor point but he still isn't an OC.

Yes the portal is open to fans, I was briefly a Memphis fan at the start of the season, but it wasn’t a good fit, so back to the portal I go, may need to drop down to JUCO and get my mind right.

I know but he doesn't seem to know how to build a scheme to fit his players or call good plays after using timeouts.  Something he needs to improve on, he also needs to work on evaluating and managing his coordinators.  We went 2 seasons with a DC that was putting usf in a position to lose. The offense hasn't really shown it can be good yet.

All he needs to do is recruit, motivate his players and find decent coordinators. 75% of that is recruiting.

It would be a nice add but we are pretty full at WR i think. Horn, Weaver, Terry, Berryhill, Brown, Dollison, and NC transfer. This is not counting any recruits or transfers.  You can never have enough quality players and push people down the depth chart.
