Well, the Cincy offense will help there.  Ford was injured, and may not be 100% by Friday.   Tulane had allowed 40 points per game, and held Cincy to 28.

I'd take USF + 3 TDs at this point. Easy money.

They do have Ridder and a decent pass game to exploit our D but I have to imagine (even on a short week) we make an adjustment somewhere.
