We recruited him hard from what I remember. I hope Coach Bowers can make it happen. He needs to come get these snaps.

Only one tackle this year?

Why is his production so low? Seemed like a stud coming out of high school.

I don't know, I rather go after high Juco performers than D1 underachievers.

He only played a year and a half. He has 3-4 years of eligibilty. His first year he was injured in 4 games and fell behind on the depth chart to a few older players. Im also good with Juco players, but cant write buddy off.

This guy and Ash are the kind of guys we need. Locals who went to a P5 and couldn’t get playing time, but have plenty of eligibility left.

plus at a position of need

Clyde Pinder Jr.
Sophomore
2021 team: North Carolina

Pinder's background: Pinder was a three-star recruit out of high school in the 2020 class. He was a highly sought-after defensive tackle from Seffner, Florida, who chose the Tar Heels over some big offers. He has mainly been a backup for North Carolina but had six tackles, one tackle for loss and a sack in his true freshman season.

Where he could land: The Florida native had an offer from the Gators out of high school and took a visit to Florida during his recruitment, so that would make sense as an option. According to his father, Pinder has heard from Florida, Georgia, USF, UCF, Miami, Western Kentucky, Liberty, Tulane, UNC Charlotte, Utah, FAMU and Jackson State.
