One positive, USF football has done well in domes.  Let's see how they do in one which has air conditioning at the time we play them. 🙃

Yikes, RIP C-USA

This would make me sad as we were a founding team ........ Still kinda wish we would have stayed there and see how things would be now.

Could you imagine the rivalry they we could concoct with that?  Trip would be so happy!

The Roadrunner/Coyote rivalry was one I could sink my teeth into ...

Oh but wait, there's another team in Florida right?  Any major expressway?

No, thank God ........... but as forced as the other one was, they'd probably use the Turnpike and the trophy would be a miniature toll booth.

One can only hope that we will not be in the same conference long enough to develop any sort of rivalry.

This move really reinforces the argument for a more intimate stadium on campus.  :)

I’d be fine with a 30k stadium that could be expanded upon if and when needed.

I concur with certainly the first part.  You could argue that USF's rise to bigger and better things started in 1991 in the Metro which later became part of Conference USA.

Let's get them!  LOL.  Seriously I have never heard of this team.

Having lived in San Antonio for a few years I am familiar with this school.  They are very much like us, only difference is the University was founded 13 years after us, therefore they started a Football program about 13 years after us, they are a city commuter school like us, they play in a stadium near downtown about 10-12 miles south of campus like us.  Their attendance is paltry like us, their academics are not as good as us but they would beat the balls off of us in football over the past couple years and yes Larry Coker coached them out of the gate.  This really is a good venue, the Alamodome  is very nice, attended final fours there, lot of nice hotels in walking distance and the well known River Street, and who the hell can forget about the Alamo.  Like Bydzr said, a really fun road trip.

SIR Charles.

Probably should've followed "Charles who?" with who cares? And yes I know who Charles Barkley is, just don't care about his opinion. We've been to San Antonio and had a lot of fun.
