Wonder if any big wig developers go after those old condo's right across 50th after the OCS is announced.  Bars/restaurants within walking distance of a stadium look like they just print money

Yes it needs to be an all day long party where you walk around campus, support the student orgs, then march into the stadium, and party after.

Lump Sum is 280M if you live in FL, got to love no state lotto tax.

Could have meet-n-greets and demonstrations/lessons/games from the other USF sports teams before kick-off.  It would be a lot better than just clapping for them when they make a quick appearance on the field.

Regarding Leavitt and the OCS, there definitely NEEDS to be recognition of Jimbo being the ConerStone of USF Football's Foundation.
