1. Seat backs - not sure those bars on the backs of bleachers are called seat backs.

2. Cup holders - don't usually see them with bleachers.

3. Covered areas to get out of sun/rain with lots of fans. - they are called ponchos.

9. Real grass to allow the UCF cheerleaders to graze. - Got nothing for this one - brilliant.

10. Plenty of High speed 5G data to stream other games while tailgating - why cater to UF fans?

Agreed, it would be cheap though with the idea to expand later down the line. But I am with you, not exactly what we are looking for.

Yes, it would be cheaper and I agree smaller-but-expandable is the right play. In that design, I am not sure how expandable it would be other than endzones... that second level would make it difficult to build a third level.

The better play for expandability is a single level of 45,000... that allows adding a second level in the future.
