I disagree.  I think there was an appearance of a talent upgrade.  I think there are some reasons to at least be hopeful for a guy like McClain.  Now whether that translates into a significant jump in W's or not remains to be seen

Don't blame me for calling you on your ridiculous hyperbole

I’ve actually been seeing a Buddhist and put a lot of effort into tempering my reactions tonight, I’m kind of surprised you couldn’t notice

I agree with you but for an offensive minded coach let's do something or show that you know how to make something happen with your skill players.  Even basic ass Willie could do that.

I feel Shannon would coach this team better, js…

Highly doubtful, but he wouldn't have felt any pain

McClain is the only bright spot. Might need to try Williams or Marsh next game, if McClain isn’t the starter

I just think we are out classed physically at this point against most P5 teams.   I'm thinking that Weis is really in over his head, but at the end of the day some of this talent and athleticism can outclass some teams in the aac.  Hopefully it grows from there.  I know some people don't want to hear this, but there were many CJL coached bulls teams that looked to be winning more on athleticism/talent than they were on coaching per say.

I remember those days and you are right.

This has been my complaint with Weis - he seems to call plays with no thought as to who is running them

You put a true freshman in the game - give him some easy plays to run (short slants, screens, etc)
