So 8-5 in the Big East was worse to you than 4-10 in the AAC? Makes sense...

Just for fun I looked up CJL's BE record

2005 -  4 - 3
2006 -  4 - 3
2007 -  4 - 3
2008 -  2 - 5
2009 -  3 - 4

I know you like to argue that he was playing early on with non BE recruits.  But it appears he did better in the early years in the conference.

No one ever claims everything was perfect. Just that it’s by far the best it’s ever been and it is not even close.  That and we were in fact on an upward trajectory the majority of the time where as now we have been on a decline.

We were in fact on an upward trajectory the majority of CCS’s time here also. It ain’t how you start, it’s how you finish.

We went no program to FCS to FBS to CUSA to BEAST during CJL’s tenure, CCS was in conference purgatory the entire time CCS was here. That is not the same thing.

The 10 year anniversary of xCJL forcing the university to fire him by striking a student athlete and interfering with an investigation rather than admitting fault and working to make himself better by going to anger counseling.

Funny, I was thinking it's the ten year anniversary when USF made its dumbest move, firing the face of the university simply because he was trying to instill discipline in a bratty post GenY Pre-Millennial snowflake who instead of taking the opportunity to learn and grow up went crying to his fellow bratty post GenY Pre-Millennial snowflake buddies who then all went and cried alligator tears to some d i p s h i t news reporter who thought it'd be fun to try to ruin a man's career. The facts seemed cemented to me when the university gave CJL some multi-million dollar settlement to keep his mouth shut.
