Hang back gentleman.  I am sure he is trying to assess the program and its staff/players.  Making changes for changes sake is not a wise move.  I am sure he has good advisors that want to see him succeed.

This is true if a program were doing well, or at least improving.  I don't think continuity is important in our case.

Bingo...Scott has a vision and familiarity of the coaches in mind to run this program...I thought this was going to happen...he has talked to all of the recruits and broke that down to them...
