We currently have assistants at this juncture I wouldn’t expect any changes until after signing day

My guess is they don't rock the boat until after early signing day.   This allows CJS to evaluate the staff and for them to help keep this class together.

The current coaches are still recruiting hard. I hope CJS gave his intentions to the staff. I dont like the idea of a "dead man walking" still recruiting for us.While i am grateful, I hope CJS is keeping it real with them and gives certain coaches a chance or let them go.

I get what you're saying but they are still getting paid to do their job. I'm sure at this point he's not even 100% sure who he is retaining.

I hope he fires pretty close to everyone; you don’t waste your time paying out large dollars to someone to not coach you just to turn around and keep everyone and everything in place that led to that change. If he goes with your plan and keeps the same OC and DC that just led to a 4-8 season he deserves to be fired and we may as well have saved the money and kept CCS. Putting your stamp of approval on an OC that has an average FBS offense of 122 out of 130 programs is a pretty good way to burn thru your honeymoon period and if next season is a repeat performance he will have a lot of explaining to do as to why he continued down the same wrong path instead of pivoting towards what will hopefully be a winning future.

KB is still knocking on doors and making his pitch.

I agree. Gotta clean up but I'm sure he will evaluate and possibly keep a couple pieces but it cant be the higher level assistants.
