A few years ago when I went to a game (and we were decent) there were tens of us there.  And I would assume practice facilities is not an issue (Corral, basketball practice facility, etc). So, what kind of volleyball facility issues could we possibly have?  

Sounds like excuse making to me.

Sounds like excuse making to me. 

Was it the coach that made an excuse?  It was probably just someone on here that thinks we need to do better facility wise.

I think we can all agree that we have more pressing financial needs/ commitments right now than upgrading our VB facilities.

I was clearly addressing your argument about not needing top facilities to attract top talent, but you made this into a sexist argument when you stated women's in front of volleyball and not in front of basketball.  Athletes are athletes.  If someone believes facilities are needed to be upgraded to attract top talent, it shouldn't be a gender issue. Until you have walked in the shoes of a female student athlete, your point is moot. I agree to disagree with you.

I think his point was that we should be able to attract talent good enough to be in the upper half of the mediocre aac conference
