So who do we go after to replace her? Like do we send people to hs games? Or is there an online service that allows you to pick your future volleyball coach? If we could pick up a Jose Fernandez type coach who could bring in international players that would be nice

Michael Kelly's connections across the country are massive, thanks to previous employment.  I'm not worried about him getting someone in here to turn that program around.

So now we need to upgrade the VB facilities too?  I think that is probably far down the list.  

I"m ok with us being average in VB as long as the FB program gets turned around and the IPF gets going.
