I was clearly addressing your argument about not needing top facilities to attract top talent, but you made this into a sexist argument when you stated women's in front of volleyball and not in front of basketball.  Athletes are athletes.  If someone believes facilities are needed to be upgraded to attract top talent, it shouldn't be a gender issue. Until you have walked in the shoes of a female student athlete, your point is moot. I agree to disagree with you.

Wow, that's quite the leap you just made there! There was absolutely nothing sexist in my argument at all, but just go ahead and spin it any way you want to. My simple, non-sexist argument stands: USF should be competitive in AAC volleyball annually and the quality of our facilities has nothing to do with why we aren't. You disagree. Obviously, you feel we need a multi-million dollar volleyball-only facility in order to compete in the AAC. OK. Sure.

Football should get $ first and foremost. They are the money tree if it is done correctly as they can help finance other sports...its like that at every major university.

I guess we’re not talking about coaching prospects over here anymore?

That's a P5 program with a completely different athletic budget.   Is that volleyball only?

If we EVER need to host something/someone that big I'm sure the Yuengling Center can accommodate.

Why would we need another basketball court? We already have one

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

"For me, I never considered it that way (as a stepping stone), honestly. When I was offered the head job at South Florida, and I'm sincere about this, I never thought I would ever go anywhere."
