He was making too many plays on offense.  That was the violation.

Strong is single-handedly ruining players careers due to his draconian “team rules” and someone needs to investigate this ASAP. 

Just because someone shows up late a few times to practice or talks back to a coach (hell, I’d be trying to fight a coach on this team if I were a player too) doesn’t mean that they deserve to have their career ended and their future put in jeopardy over it.

For the love of god, someone higher up do something about this and end it!

Couldn’t have said that any better myself. We won’t have any of that hot dogging play making nonsense around here, you need to be inept, give up and embrace the suck or get to stepping. You can’t build a culture of losing if you let people on the team try.
