The program needs a dual threat QB. Barnett may be OK in a pro-style system with a good OL, but, he's not going to carry this team.

People said it wasn't cheaper to get rid of him in December. It is if you are no longer paying his contract. It was basically repeating the CSH mistake of giving an extension to a coach who had lost the team.
