100% with mike g on my this. Thanks have a ceremonial wall where I staple up all my important tickets.  I have the original KY Wesleyan ticket. Nothing fancy just a ticket from ticketmaster, but it shows the date and time.

My original first game ticket has been inside the plastic display holder I bought inside the Old Sombrero on game day-- I bet a bunch of fans still have them. Bunch of hoarders I guess.

Should be interesting seeing how long the lines are with people having to deal with these new ticket problems.

This is the direction the program should go in.

I am digging that setup and also enjoy the paper you used for the epic Grothe pic.

not sure what you mean  by "the paper you used". That is just a photograph I took from the end zone and had an 8 x 10 made. It is one of my favorite shots.

If you are talking about the paper behind the ticket-- it came with the holder, along with this tab that stands the holder upright.

Jesus, this card crap sounds a lot more complicated than the old method....

We're probably not that far away from the time where we don't even mail season tickets. Everything will be on mobile devices down the road.

Thanks for monitoring this board and answering questions, @John Lewis.

I have another.  I may have some friends just walking up to buy tickets next Friday night.  For walk up, will the ticket be transferred to your phone while you are at the window?  I know they do not have a ticketmaster account or a USF tix account.  Will they need one of those to just buy a walk up ticket?

I have been told by the ticket operations office that they would have the ability to text the tickets. I believe they can also print ticket stock there as well.

That’s what I have when I go to NY Rangers game in NYC. It is actually a lot easier than what is being described here,

I can remember when people said that they would never drive on one of them new-fangled Interstates roads.

Ahh, the internet and these mobile devices are just a fad.  They'll be back to printing paper tickets again in no time. Although after the whole paper fad is over, they will be engraving section, row, and seat numbers on little ticket-sized pieces of rock.
