Cypress Street Pint and Plate is a popular spot - it's tucked in a little spot where you could almost miss it. Definitely also Yelp some food if you are staying a couple days because it's a short uber ride to almost anything. Yeah, I went to school at Oglethorpe U for a (very) short time in '95. Got to celebrate the Braves winning the World Series in Buckhead. Wasn't much of a club guy, but there were definitely some cool bars down there, and they didn't seem to care that I was underage. Thanks for the info on Cypress Street. It's literally across the street from where we are staying, so we'll be there often I'm sure. We will certainly take advantage of Uber to hit some other spots! We'll be walking in and then walking to the nearest bar. Probably Uber back after that. I will say that to Uber in is a piece of cake. Trying to Uber immediately after the game can take a while.

You just need to walk back to that same bar and wait for things to settle. We're still trying to decide if we should drive up the road an hour and watch men's golf on Sunday. Have never been able to catch them in the Fall.

You can go out the 2nd floor to the Beltline, which is a thing I would compare to Riverwalk. Basically, plop down concrete, people walk on it, convert warehouses to 5 dollar cupcakes and hibiscus drinks in Mason jars. You could say, go out ponce and take a left on the beltline and eventually get to Piedmont Park.

No hotel room needed, $60 RT on Spirit. The game ticket and the flight will cost us about $85 total....quite the deal! Looking forward to a crazy 24 hours!
