I'm sorry, but its more on them as COACHES and student athletes, than the "fans"

Previous students and alumni have all paid their dues in regards to tuition and assessments, to build the facilities they currently have

This isn't 1996 anymore, where they were practicing outside the softball field, using a mobile home as an office, and sleeping in fontana hall

The athletic facilities are top notch, 22 years of putting the bricks in place to give them what they currently have.

The team of 2019 has more resources than any other team previously, to win games and get fans in the stands.

The fans will come, gotta line up the W's first

I think we can win and there will still be little interest. Our Alumni are very young and those that aren’t are too busy doing the lame Gator Chomp and Native American yell. Also, our facilities are good but not “top notch.”

Once we win that elusive AAC conference championship the fans will come back in droves. That is, once they find out what the AAC is and are educated on why beating Tulsa while typically completely inconsequential to any program is somehow made important because it’s to be crowned to best of the teams you have never heard of before in your life (there is even a trophy and everything).

Can't just lump all "fans" like that without an identifier. Fair weather/band wagon jumping fans will ...... hopefully .... come with W's. Although, as has been pointed out, our attendance hasn't been that horrible when you take take an objective look at it.

How many W's exactly? We've recently had 11-2 & 10-2 seasons. I don't remember a significant bump in attendance. I'm guessing we would need to be undefeated late in the season to really start getting the casual fans out, but as Trip pointed out, our attendance isn't that bad...at least by AAC standards...

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
