The game has raced by Charlie. There are too many schemes and formations for him to adjust too.

Give him 1 more year sans Gilbert then if he doesn’t deliver, escort him to retirement because this game has passed him by!  He has another “Bridgewater” in Barnett, but he has to adjust his offensive game plan to accommodate his players.  All good coaches do so.  If we don’t win big next year, my donations dry up and I am sure I am not alone!

You would think a HC after many years would have figured that out before the season started not after this season.

He knew we lost Flowers what was the game plan going into the season be a Big 10 team and run  up the middle most  of the time with a young OL with the occasional deep pass that was 10% effective.   That was the plan going into this season?  Not be a run team but try different run plays to the outside and inside and keep teams guessing..if we were going to run most of the game...atleast change the plays up some and get our speedster into the open field.

Even with a future NFL QB his teams didn't look that great..he just isn't a good HC.   

USF needs to cut ties before this disaster continues to get worse.

Barnett is nowhere close to Teddy Bridgewater's level.
