I think it’s mainly the eye test.  We’ve both played a pretty crappy schedule to date and they haven’t scored less than 40 in any game and we’ve only scored more than 40 once, but that’s why they play the games.

You bring up a very good point. Us being 80th doesn’t sound much better, though. I fully think we have it in us to pull out a win but much like everyone else is saying, a full 4 quarters need to be played.

The best team they’ve played is Texast Tech. That’s not saying a whole lot. They struggled against Rice and Tulsa. They may be putting up more points than us but to be honest these teams are a lot alike. The biggest difference is their QB.

I dont exactly fear them.  I dont think we get the doors blown off of us.  But from what I have seen so far, I cant be confident.

I usually stay out of mid-week game discussions due to experience on this board but I feel I need to chime in.... **** Houston... they have a **** defense and a QB that hasn’t seen our speed... stop that delayed QB run **** and it’s lights out

Hoping for the best... but still think their QB shreds us. Hopefully our offense can keep up with scoring, and we get 1 or more timely turnovers. I anticipate a Big 12-type game.
