I have been looking for this, but cannot find anything concrete. Both transfers we picked up from Duke were dismissed from Duke's team for "failing to meet the standards of a member of the program". So my assumption would be that it was academic, similar to the suspension that Brett Kean was facing during the offseason.

It looks like Marquies Price (the other Duke transfer) picked up a tackle against Umass. Has he been injured or is he just low on the depth chart?

Interesting that he was a starter at Duke but hasn't made some kind of noise at USF as yet?? The other guy seems to have majored in Suspension 201. ?? Are they problem children?

Yea he started 10 games at Duke and was pretty good...how is he not making any noise here.

I  saw photos of buddy. He seems pretty muscular for 270. I dont see him going past 280/290 with his frame unless he just starts eating. I also cant get a good reading on his film so im just going to hope he can actually ball.
