On the post game show, they said that Horne ran a 10.4 hundred in the high school state championship 

That was .5 faster than what Rysheen posted in high school

He may not be our fastest player ever - Derrick Hopkins and Keyvon Webster were part of USF's 4x100 team

And if I am not mistaken, he is a true freshman. He had two return TDs, caught 2 passes - one ending in a TD and ran the rock twice. He didn't get any INTS or kick the PATs, however.

I was completely unfamiliar with Horne before this game. Don't remember hearing his name at all during the offseason. A pleasant out-of-the-blue surprise.
