Might this further hurt attendance?

Smoking banned at RayJay.  I see a lot of smokers at our games (and at Bucs games).  Will it hurt attendance?

I didn't realize there were still venues in America outside of the state of Nevada that you could smoke in. I think it will have 0 effect on attendance when they will be able to leave and re-enter through selected gates to go smoke.

I would have preferred a ban on children, seniors citizens, people that complain about standing and anyone wearing gear of a team not playing that day (looking at you Gator fans) but sadly no one asked me

Pretty sure the clip said if you really had to smoke you could exit but you couldn’t come back.

That’s a good one, let’s add that one to the list. While we are at it if we want to find ways to spark attendance by banning things let’s start with the sun and AAC teams if we keep both of those things alway I think we will see a real uptick in attendance.

It may have. I didn't watch the clip. That would, however, be the exact opposite of how the smoking ban is handled at sporting venues in Washington and California who are two of the stricter and two of the longest enforcing smoking ban states so it would surprise me if that lasted.
