We can brand pipes, bongs and needles and do give always. This is some smart outside the box marketing. Outside of drug dealers, lawyers and rehab places who else is actively targeting the drug crowd?

I hate being exposed to someone else's smoke but I'm good if someone wants to expose me to alcohol by giving me a beer.

That would only kill half the fan base, maybe next we can ban cheering for USF or wearing Green and Gold.

How would it be a mistake if now it would be the exact same policy? Would it not at worst be a wash?

No, it’s not exactly the same policy...USF’s is more restrictive.
