If I’m not mistaken,  they spent a ton rebranding from South Florida to USF.

I mean, if that is the case, why is USF all over the place?  I can buy the debate that the University wants to use both, but CCS set this off with his comments during the AAC Media Day.  If the University has indeed picked a direction, why is there currently so much of both used?  They are in full control of campus branding and could change all the banners, signs, etc, in short order.  I would wager that the usage of "USF" is more prominent on campus.

USF will always be prominent when space is an issue.

It’s not a space issue though, it is a choice.  South Florida would fit on most of the spaces that are occupied by USF.  I am not trying to simply be a contrarian, but the thought that the administration has wanted South Florida branding for a long time just does not seem accurate when looking at the current branding choices.
