I see so many people trying to push CCS and Mark Harlan out the door... Just a friendly reminder that the grass is most certainly not always greener on the other side of the fence. We are G5. Until we make it into a P5 conference, stability is huge. We read last week that the USF presentation to the B12 was the best of the bunch. Does everyone really think that having the same guy in place the next time expansion comes up with those guys is not in our best interest?

Anyway... from here on out, when I see irrational "fire ___" or "please hire ___ away from us" threads, I will be responding with "skip holtz"

That is all... carry on.

Sorry I missed something.  Where did we read that our presentation was the best of the bunch and was that based upon our resume or actual "presentation" of the material?

If CCS moves on, I wouldn't see it as a great thing, or a terrible thing. I'd certainly take him over Skip Holtz any day, but I don't think him and Sterlin are a great fit here. I can see them getting us 8-9 wins consistently, but not winning the conference. I'm ok with CCS, but not overly excited about him either. Really doesn't matter too much to me what he decides to do. Seems he would be a better fit in the SEC or Big10.

How I feel...he would be perfect for the Big 10. Woud be upgrade for Illionis.
