To justify the expense you have to use it, and while I can’t guarantee it. I think it will become the primary practice facility and we may follow a similar fate. That’s all I’m saying Wrong. C dot's 2013 season & this current one... Nothing soft about them... NOTE: i remember watching ESPN's special about G. O'leary and his practice mechanics in the IPF right before their BCS bowl game...

However, it may cost $50 million today.

One exception doesn’t change anything. I know it depends on how it’s used and what your training regiment is like. That’s why I added a caveat. It is entirely possible that it could make us better, but it all depends on how we use it

I know a lot on here need a lounge/bar with a/c to go mingle and hide out of the sun, but with an OCS that can be very small to maybe accommodate 1000 people that want to make the donation for that. I think most people are willing make the donation for a real chair back with cup holder and shade.

When conference tv money rains down on you and you have the alumni and a prestigious academic history you don't have to make hard decisions. Oh and getting an initial $1,000,000 endowment from the Commodore in 1873 doesn't hurt either.
