It's game week!

Jealous of all the attention the eclipse is getting, DJ is going to make SJSU wish they held on to their special glasses with all the time they will spend on their back looking up at the sun.

It will be an interesting day watching DJ in an offense that seems designed for his running style.  

Perhaps 100 on the ground and another 50-75 on catches out of the backfield?

GAME WEEK!

 

So excited to see the team back on the field again. What a long off season. No more Mack and no more Adams. New coach, new defense, Tice is back in rotation. Looking to see the receivers and linebackers make some plays and hope Flowers improved his midrange passing game. 

New year, new team. What a long off season it seems. 

 

Go Bulls!

Go DJ!

 

My only expectation is that everyone is better than they were last year, including Strong (and Levitt and Taggart) and the team and especially the defense, bring it every day.

 

2016 was a lot of fun. I expect 2017 to be even more fun.

I think DJ will have a great year.  Overall the offense will score crazy numbers again but I don't see it coming in super long plays like last year.  In a way that will help our defense by keeping them off the field a little longer.  Combine that with CCS and his long history of doing a great job coaching "D"  it looks to be a great season.  Mack may have been a better runner but I think DJ is a better all around football player.
