I had a very god HS friend go to school there. Got his aircraft frame design degree ( don't quote me), went to work in the "skunk works" (Lockeed) designing stuff that he could not discuss,  then had burn out and bought  a bicycle  shop.

 

When he went  "underground", or just before, I had a visit from the FBI asking me all about his background. It was creepy. When he actually went to work in the works  his outside life went away, for about 3 years. No real outside contact with any old friends. Then, he suddenly re appeared. I often asked him what it was like, his usual answer was, it was different, and he changed the subject.
