Feel like there has been a change in culture with athletics since Harlan has gotten involved from a marketing and personnel standpoint and facilitating around our off-campus situation a bit more (like the better shuttles to the games, trying out different incentives with parking and ticketing, and I think the flex plans are new as well ) - seems like a lot of the issues we face in terms of infrastructure needs are a result of mismanagement from the previous regime. I get that our facilities could use a refresh (not like they are archaic by any means though) and a football only facility should be a priority, but you can't tell me that our admin has been sitting on its hands or has been "non-committal."
