Didn't think we were ever really pressing that hard for him. We already have a very similar WR signee in Jernard Phillips.

The only guy we had a shot at flipping so far that has announced is Carter and we were never flipping him. Give it a break; the guys who weren't commits start announcing in about 30 minutes and will continue for a few hours.

Question, if USF holds back and does not use all of its scholarships what can they do with them later on?    JUCO?   Transfers from other 4 year schools?

Correct. There are still some big ones in play. George Ellis III, Dingle, etc.
