Thought a bright spot in defense would warrant its own thread...Auggie has been carrying a heavy load this season, and it might pay off for him in Birmingham.

Wow. Big year for him. Too bad too many if those tackles were 8 yards from the line of scrimmage

If he gets them, he'll break T-Mac's record, and I think move to #4 all-time in tackles

Good for Auggie, definitely a bright spot on D and a good student of the game. I hope Strong takes him under his wing and amps him up even more.

I guess someone has to make the tackle. Wonder what how his TFL stats compare to say T-Mac, or Moffit, or some of the other greats who came thru USF.
