This has to be a troll. Leavitt already is the DC for a top 10 team and competed for the conference championship. Accepting a job at a rebuild makes no sense unless he really thinks Taggart will put together a better offense than he has at Colorado, but he will still have to build a defense from scratch. It is a lateral move into a worse team.
