This is likely why people are hesitant to trust this information... An answer like... "that is what I am hearing, more to do with Tex than USF" gives some credibility. A simple yes to an "any chance?" question could be given by anyone. A reasoning 6 year old could say "yes", there is always a chance.

Ok. What I am hearing is the buyout issue is two fold. Part of it is an issue with what happens because of TX but also what terms are acceptable on the new contract. So the answer is yes it does in part have to do with what he asked.
