To be fair, Syracuse had to play Louisville & USF. Flip those two games and we are taking about a 5 dash 2 Syracuse team!!

We have only played very weak opponents and the one decent team we played we allowed 55 points. That same team that scored 55 on USF scored only 20, and 17 points in their last two games. And also, 55 points was their highest score all season, even more than the 52 they scored against Charleston Southern.

IMO, If our defense played more like last night (outside of the first drive by UConn), we could beat several of the top 20 teams, and be competitive with almost all of them.

Many ranked teams have gotten spanked this year..we aren't even ranked so stop pointing at the FSU game like it means this team isn't good.

We haven't even played a complete game and if our d stays aggressive they will do much better down the stretch.

They've beaten FAMU (2 - 5), FAU (1 - 6), App St (4-2, with wins vs Old Dom, Akron,Ga State, La Lafayette) and Ga Tech (4 - 3) with wins vs Boston Coll, Mercer, Vandy, Ga Southern).

That deserves a Top 25 ranking?  If so, so does USF's schedule.

Good point, but leads me to believe that UM shouldn't have been ranked, not that USF should be.

Beat Temple, a decent team, then one can argue that USF should be ranked by virtue of sheer number of wins alone. Beat Navy - who beat Houston - then we absolutely should ranked, possibly in the teens.

I don't think it'll be enough to get us ranked. I think we'll have to beat Temple in order to crack the 25
