They played the full 60 minutes as if it were a tie game that could go either way. Jimbo made a fuss after the game about how we scored so many points towards the end, leading me to believe that he was still trying full force to stop us. Could be wrong but that's how I saw it Jimbo pulled no punches. He had Cook in until the final seconds. There was no "garbage time". You could see he was losing it on the sidelines even up by 3 scores he wanted more.

If we even get close to sniffing the Big 12, get ready for more noon games. Start polishing those salesman techniques now.

Jimbo was aware that Cook was going to break some FSU record, so I think he was kept in to help his player break the record.

I don't think Tubberville gets as expressive as Brian "Angry, Purple Sponge Bob" Kelly.

Could be wrong but that's how I saw it Jimbo absolutely had his starters still in the game. Not sure about the O-line but Francois, Cook, Bobo Wilson, Travis Rudolph were still in it. Garbage time is only garbage time if you have backups and 3rd stringers in the game. FSU did not.

I actually tweeted that during the game. It was clear he was stat padding. He took him out right after he broke the record.
