We begged for a Publix for years.. and now have one..

Meanwhile at Temple, the Board met on Monday and authorized $1 million for the design phase of the stadium. The new cost estimate for the stadium is now $126 million.

if you can get a stadium in philly for 126 mil + 1 mil design... I fail to understand how we can't do something similar.

We probably could.  It's still cheaper to rent RayJay than to take on the debt.
