The Gators just opened their $15 million IPF, so you don't need to go higher than that and probably can go less.  If we are going to build an on campus stadium, that should be the priority, not a practice facility.

I've been inside UCF's....it's nice enough. No oven if you open those side panels on the side facing BHNS . you don't need to train in 72 degree perfect central AC conditions when most of your games are in the Florida heat
