So... I'm thinking Thor will be granted a medical redshirt and will return for one more season.  I also think he may slide from guard to center making way for Hall.  So inside of the Oline next season, don't be shocked if it is Hall, Thor, Threatt.  Thor has played some center early in his career at USF.
