Weather could be issue tonight, Raining here(about 60 miles North of Philly). Been raining all day.    Sounds like Husky weather to me.

Well that is GOOD news. Maybe it will help on an ill timed fumble. Go Huskies!

The USF team that played the last 30 days would beat an all star team comprised from both rosters.

If there is a god of football, he/she will sink Temple tonight.

I've got this UCONN-Temple game as a toss-up.  But I'm going with UCONN for win...they've won their last 3 games...it's hard to stop a locomotive once it gets rolling.

Grew up and now live In CT again. Never rooted for a UCONN team in any sport. Guess there is a first for everything.

More on the line for Temple hope they choke with that pressure.

Anticipation for this game reminds me of the time before entering CUSA, when USF had a "conditional" bowl bid to Hawaii  (through C-USA) but needed  ECU to win their game against Cincy.

 Flashback:

Bulls bowl-bound if ...

... East Carolina beats Cincinnati Friday. That scenario would mean a bowl match-up in Hawaii on Christmas Day.

Unfortunately, as most of us know, that didn't happen.

That was just DEVASTATING to the team and all USF fans.

USF was 9-2 and clearly DESERVED to be playing in any number of bowls.

IMO, A loss by UCONN in today's game, although very important to USF in many ways, would NOT be nearly as devastating.

USF is playing on "house money" this time around as it is already going to a bowl game.

So, if Temple wins, just think about that time I mentioned, and it won't seem so terrible.

I remember this so well. Hopefully history does not repeat itself.

I remember that year...it was a sad day for USF football. But regardless of what happens this year, I think most of us have to be crazy excited about this teams prospect. Just gotta hope we can keep the staff together.
