Temple UCONN Game Thread

Well, it is almost time kids. Will we be playing next Saturday in Houston?

Temple has everything to lose and UConn has little to gain (bowl wise). I'm expecting Temple to play with more intensity and win by a couple of touchdowns. If UConn can win the turnover battle and get some easy points, then it could be closer.

My family is geared up for UF-FSU and I'm more excited about this game.

I see Temple winning this by 14 or 17 points. They are battle tested and know what is on the line. Still, I can hope for a UCONN win as it would be an amazing for our program. Still pissed that Memphis crapped the bed last week. That was our best chance.

I agree Temple has the better shot of winning but many times we have been the better team and we go up against those guys and crap the bed.  Hoping that holds true for Temple tonight.  I feel pretty positive about it for some reason.

Why are people underestimating UConn? Every game by every team is played with the intention of winning. Uconn still wants to win.. Just because it doesn't mean anything to ESPN, it means something to UConn to be able to pull an upset over Temple on their last game of the season. I expect a good game. Prime-time baby!

Normally I would agree with you, but ECU just lost with a bowl on the line to Cincy, and Cincy had little to play for except for their 7th win, just like UConn. I don't necessarily think Temple has a ton more talent than any team in the AAC east either, especially with Jahad Thomas being banged up for much of the second half of the year. They are just very well coached. I think UConn will play a tougher game than most think

I would agree with the positive UCONN points if this game was in West Hartford CT. Weird things happen in that stadium.  Still, please UCONN.....
