David Kelly was largely responsible for their rise and their fall after he was fired after their recruiting fiasco led by the AD at the time.  This article is behind a paywall but you get a few free views per month.

I think it's officially time for a feasibility study.  Also, where on campus would we put it?  Can someone set up a map and use the Orange Bowl as a guide for how it would look?  

I think we are still waiting for the Mosi to collapse so we can claim that spot for our ocs. It would make a great entry piece for the university.

This has nothing to do with an OCS.  This has more to do with many UCF issues, like over expanding enrollment just to be the largest in the state and other mismanagement of resources.

That OCS helps them more than hurts them.

Not true.  UCF knowingly went into debt to finance the stadium, and have since spent more money on the stadium.

There's nothing inherently wrong with debt.  USF is in debt for the Selmon Building, Sun Dome Renovations, Corbett Stadium, the baseball and softball stadiums...
