There's nothing inherently wrong with debt.  USF is in debt for the Selmon Building, Sun Dome Renovations, Corbett Stadium, the baseball and softball stadiums...

Not unless it begins a cycle of increasing debt, as happened to the USF Athletic Department many years ago.  UCF seems headed in this direction.

Build a small, expandable stadium...we don't have that many real fans anyway...start at around 35K
