It's been a rule for a few years. It cost LSU at td a few years ago on a fake when the kicker taunted before he crossed the goal line

That is the dumbest rule I have ever heard. Taking points of the board, really? 

 

 

When did they change that rule? 

 

Still it falls on Taggart for not making sure the players know the rules.
