    What were the refs supposed to do? Did you want them to stop the game and call around the US until they found the proper NCAA official to tell them whether it was ok to have that on the shirts or not? Vandy may or may not have been playing dumb, but they were told the unis were approved (by the NCAA by the way) and were not specifically told the "Anchor Down" was not approved. In this game it didn't matter either way, but I would rather see games decided on the field than because someone had some words on the back of their jersey so they got penalized for it. Refs were supposed to stick to their guns, enforce the rules and let Vanderbilt play under protest if they wish.

    May as well do the suspensions in your paycheck game so the players are on the field when you're back in your division/conference.

    USF is moving the Medical School to Channelside. Then they'll have room for a stadium at that end of campus. Good thing I didn't take my old job back when it was offered to me, I'm not driving to Channelside. Or bulldoze University Mall and turn it into a near campus stadium.

    What would be interesting would be to start nameless and have to earn the name on the jersey. Forget stickers on the helmet, you make plays the name on your jersey starts showing up. Screw up and letters you've earned start to disappear.

    They need to let The Commish do his show all day long. Ditch the morning show, ditch Booger & Ryan, ditch Herrera if he's still around and on after them. Pawlowski and team could go the entire day every day and be better than the rest of the talent on that station.
